As a well-known and trusted Kiwi brand we're always trying to find the best people to work with us and we're hoping you might be one of those people
We're looking for someone with a strong account management and/or sales focus to manage relationships with all of our internal customers.
As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for promoting the sale of our exclusive product range across our retail network in the lower North Island and top of the South Island (pretty much anything South of Taupo will be your stomping ground).
We have some of the best exclusive product ranges on the market and are making huge leaps in our logistics and distribution operation from our Auckland-based Central Warehouse. That being said, you will need to be driven, commercially savvy, and either familiar with, or willing to learn about, the full range of flooring products that we provide.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitor and increase the volume of Central Warehouse product sales for each Store
Grow the business through in-store merchandising ensuring point of sale and merchandising of Central Warehouse is up to date
Be the first point of call for all stores relating to all Central Warehouse product technical and sales enquiries
Liaise with interior designers, group builders and specifiers to specify Central Warehouse Product
Work with Store Operators on the store development of Central Warehouse products
Update Managers and Sales Staff of key relevant sales and product information
As this role will require a significant amount of time on the road you will need to be extremely organised, autonomous and able to manage your diary effectively.
A background in sales (ideally in a similar industry, but we're not too hung up on that) is essential, as is a great personality, a natural enthusiasm for dealing with people and a genuine desire to hit or exceed targets.
We offer an extremely competitive salary, great bonus structure, company vehicle (or turbo-charged Rhino if you prefer), tools of the trade and excellent staff benefits.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
