Weare seeking to appoint an experienced Territory Manager based in the Waikato, torepresent our Fullcircle Business Unit, which is located in Penrose, Auckland.
Reportingto the National Sales and Marketing Manager, the prime function of this role isto not only retain, but develop and grow new business within the territorythrough following a robust sales process with the regions key generators ofrecycled fibre. You will utilise yourstrong business acumen and face to face Customer rapport and relationshipskills to support our key drivers to reduce costs and improve financialreturns.
· Retainand increase collections of recycled fibre from existing sources;
· Findand develop new sources of recycled fibre;
· Buildand maintain strong Customer relationships;
· Identifyand apply best practice in order to improve efficiency of operations in theregion;
· Ensureall paperwork, contracts and agreements meet the Company’s expectations;
· Abilityto work independently but also as part of a wider Team;
· Manageallocated territory accordingly to ensure adequate call frequency to allclients;
· GuideNational Sales Manager’s strategic direction through local market intell.
· Holda Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales & Marketing and/or significantNZ sales experience;
· Bringand operate a well-developed sales process;
· Needstrong prospecting and new business developing skills;
· Beresults driven to achieving budgeted sales targets;
· Constantlydeliver outstanding customer services to external & internal clients;
· Havesolid time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work todeadlines;
· Demonstratea high attention to detail and sound numerical skills;
· Possessgood all round computer capabilities;
· Beinterested in the Environment and Circular Economy concepts;
· Beadaptable in a fast changing environment;
· Holda current NZ drivers licence;
