Arxada is looking for a Territory Manager. This position is the Arxada Crop Protection representative of this geographical region. They will provide technical support to distribution customers and end users. Reaching territory sales targets is key along with contributing to the wider crop protection sales team strategy and result delivery. The role is REMOTE, based out of New Plymouth, New Zealand. High travel within region required. Essential Job Functions: Grow sales sold into the different sectors within this territory. Build and grow relationships with the customers and their representatives at all levels from store to rep, to head office. Maintain regular contact with customers and provide them with sales information, feedback, and technical advice . Help with the implementation of sales plans and strategies with key customers in the region. Gathering and provision of market intelligence to the NZ Sales manager and the greater sales team. Discover sales opportunities and new potential markets for crop protection and nutrition products. Provide regular updates to the greater community on the current state of the market in region. Create business plans for key customers. Attendance at industry events to learn, and the network with key people. Present technical information to customer's staff by a number of means including PowerPoint for the purpose of training in use of Arxada products. Build and maintain a strong network of industry relationships including key people from relevant sectors, key influencers e.g., seed companies, and end users (growers, spray contractors. Provide stewardship for the Arxada range of Crop Protection products in the region so they are used in accordance with the label and GAP guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness preferred Valid driver's license 5-10 Years experience in technical sales Fluent in Business level English with excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft suite and presentation tools NZ02 #J-18808-Ljbffr
