Job Description

We are seeking a Territory Manager for our Trades & Distribution business to be based in Queenstown. This role will challenge the successful applicant to manage an established base of key customer accounts and drive growth through relationships with key specifiers, trades & distributors, identifying and successfully engaging major projects, networking within key industry groups, implementing market development programs, and work with stakeholder groups both internally and externally to achieve timely and effective outcomes.

The key responsibilities encompass:

- To profitably and strategically grow market share within the defined area whilst executing the Trades & Distribution business plan.
- Support segment/region development and implementation of strategic growth initiatives and plans for the territory including new customers, services, products and markets
- Managing key relationships and outcomes across specifiers, influencers, trades and distributors associated with the concrete construction industry.
- Working effectively with the ramsetreid™ team to identify major projects and opportunities then managing them through specification to sale.
- Continued promotion and strengthening of the ramsetreid™ offer.

- The achievement of sales and gross margin targets across balanced portfolio of products and markets.

We are seeking an energetic person with the following attributes:

- Capability to deliver strategic sales targets & results through data-driven problem solving, project forecasting management and relationship management;
- Demonstrated success in a similar sales and business development role.
- Ability to build exceptionally strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Driven to deliver and grow in role.
- Competent PC skills particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Works well in a team and can lead by example.
