Based in Auckland
MOI Agencies is a leading marketer and distributor of brands including Tabasco, Fisherman?s Friend and Sunharvest. We are currently seeking an experienced and successful FMCG Territory Manager to join our NZ sales team to manage a territory within the Auckland North-West and Northlands region. The position will be based in Auckland.
The role will be responsible for:
Ability to establish and maintain effective rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Achieving core range distribution
Gaining optimum position of all products on shelf and on display
Negotiating display deals and price specials to maximise sales and profitability
Exceeding sales targets and objectives
Supervision of your local merchandisers
The ideal candidate would be an energetic self-starter who can demonstrate the following:
A consistent track record of having formed and maintained strong relationships
Delivered sales and distribution growth
Strong communication (both written and verbal) and planning skills
Excellent Negotiation skills
FMCG sales experience in a similar position is a must
