Tenancy Managers build meaningful and lasting relationships with the tenants in their portfolio, supporting them to maintain their tenancy with Kainga Ora and to navigate life challenges, enabling them to live with dignity in their home and the wider community.

You'll be a natural relationship-builder, relating to customers from all backgrounds and all walks of life
You'll be skilled at making sense of complex, sometimes contradictory information to effectively problem solve
Naturally, you'll have exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt your communication style as necessary
As this role necessitates travelling across the region, you will have a full and clean NZ driver's licence (vehicle provided)
