We have a variety of temporary contracts from 4 weeks to 11 months in length with both full and part-time hours available.Our roles vary from administration, coordination, reception, PA/EA, accounts, projects to events and marketing.Dependent on the role, tasks of a temp can include:Assisting a team through a range of administrative functionsUpdating internal databasesPreparing and formatting documents/reportsResponding to queries both internally and externallyOrganising meetings, functions and eventsCoordinating agendas and taking minutesManaging diary & travel bookingsReporting monthly budget and tracking departmental expenditureWriting correspondenceUpdating marketing materials and maintaining online web contentMeeting and greeting visitorsBooking couriers and organising cateringFiling and photocopyingFielding and transferring phone callsMonitoring departmental Outlook inboxProcessing invoicesWe are looking for candidates with at least two years proven experience in the above areas and the ability to hit the ground running. Previous experience within a tertiary environment is preferred but not essential.
