About the Role: As a Temporary Legal Secretary /Legal Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting a thriving legal environment.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Providing administrative support to lawyers and legal executives.
Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
Managing files and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinating meetings, appointments, and court appearances.
Assisting with client communication and inquiries.
Performing general office duties as needed.
This temporary position offers a diverse range of tasks and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional setting.
We are open to seeing applicants with experience in a range of practice areas, but ideally looking for applicants with; Property, Litigation, Commercial, Conveyancing, Trust & Estates expertise.
About You: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities: Previous experience as a legal secretary, legal executive or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with legal software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
