Telephone Account Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Outbound calling to customers
Educating customers on how to get the most value out of their solution
Identifying opportunities to upsell
Managing customer requests
Using the retention toolkit to retain customers wherever possible

Experience in telephone account management
Experience retaining customers with good examples of customers you've won around
Experience working with SMEs would be preferable but is not essential
Passionate about customer experience
Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets
