This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position working 80 hours a fortnight.
This role will:
Support delivery of Telehealth activity throughout Nelson Marlborough Health (NMH) using best practice guidelines, reporting and monitoring and engagement strategies.
Assist with process and technical issues, plus provide comprehensive technical training and support to patients and sites.
Influence and promote Telehealth district wide.
Work collaboratively with government agencies, community organisations as well as vendors and service providers.

You are:
Passionate about improving the provision of healthcare through the power of technology.
Excited about working with patients to make sure they have a great experience.
Confident influencing and building relationships with clinicians and staff on all levels across the organisation.
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and a quick learner at using digital platforms.
You will have experience in a similar role and will work alongside a diversity of internal teams, services and individuals influencing change.

Telehealth allows us to deliver patient-centric care which unfortunately is uncommon in our current healthcare system. This role allows you to be at the forefront of that. You will be a key player in driving opportunities and impacting our region.
You will have the opportunity to work with national and international Telehealth working groups, sharing experiences and gaining knowledge from experts to generate ideas and introduce them locally.
