What will you do?
We are looking for a driven, technical expert to join our technology team. You will lead a team and provide management of all our corporate infrastructure systems, including:
Provide technical support, implementation and management of infrastructure systems including Azure, Office 365, Data Centre, Security, Desktop, Mobile and Meeting Rooms.
Mentor, guide and coach of a team of technical specialists, ensuring the team is happy, engaged and high performing
Lead projects and ensure they successfully deliver the desired solutions or services.
Assist in conducting research and selection of solutions

Who are you?
You have the proven ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service to ensure customer receive timely resolutions to their issues
You have experience in a tech lead or team leader role
You have relevant technical skills and experience with Azure, Windows 10, Office 365, VMWare, Windows Server and mobile.
You are willing to participate in our 24/7 on-call support system
You keep up to date with industry changes and new products on the market
