Based in Lower Hutt, this is a full-time permanent opportunity ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on product learning and translating complex technical information into clean, clear user documentation.What You'll Do:Create and maintain customer-facing product documentation, manuals, and datasheets.Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and product teams to extract technical information and translate it into accessible content.Dive into technical products - reverse-engineering if needed - to fully understand functionality and usage.Manage version control, image processing, and formatting for both print and digital outputs.Support ongoing updates and improvements of the product documentation library.What You Bring:Demonstrated experience in technical writing - ideally in electronics, manufacturing, or a regulated industry.Strong grasp of English technical writing conventions and exceptional attention to detail.Working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and image editing software (e.g.
