Our Business Information Services (BIS) team consists of a broad range of technology professionals, who deliver an extensive range of technology services to our large customer base.
About the role
Based in our Business Information Services (BIS) team, this new role focuses on the creation and management of Standard Operating procedures, knowledge articles and management of a knowledge base. You will utilise a variety of mechanisms to create, capture, share and facilitate the transfer of knowledge to enable customer facing teams to have effective interactions and build the knowledge of both internal and external customers.
The Technical Writer is responsible for the creation of standard operating procedures, knowledge articles and user- facing instructional documentation. This requires you to analyse, potentially complex systems and create articles that are easily consumed by the target audience. It also requires you to manage and oversee the knowledge base these articles will be kept in.
