Auckland City, AucklandFull-time, ContractKorero mo te turanga - About the RoleWe have a 6 month fixed term opportunity for a Technical Systems Analyst to join our team in Auckland.As a Technical Systems Analyst you will ensure the integrity, efficiency and accessibility on the Ministry's IT systems.T he Technical Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the ongoing operation and maintenance of IT systems by providing user support, maintaining system documentation, contributing to fault diagnosis and resolution, system enhancements, engaging with business users and vendors. The team will provide analysis and advice and support the administration, development and maintenance for systems. The team will also support and be resource for Portfolio agile teams as required.Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to be able to work closely and develop relationships with people both within the team and across the wider business. This is a role for a self-starter who enjoys working in a complex, fast-paced environment.
