They are the principal supplier of electronic shelf labelling in New Zealand and Australia, as an exclusive product partner with Pricer A.B. of Sweden. About the RoleThis role is for a highly motivated support analyst to provide level 1 & 2 support to our clients across NZ and Australia, as well as supporting the business internally maintaining documentation and process. Day to Day Responsibilities Providing technical support to our customers in Newzealand. Be available on a On-Call roster to cover support after hours. Gaining specialist technical expertise in our products. Support project implementation process to produce customer configuration documentation. Supporting internal requestsProjects to improve internal business processes. Assist building and maintain internal technical Wiki. Travel opportunities. Skills & Experience Required Experience in 1st & 2nd level support.Need to have 6 months to a year's Tech support experience.Good customer Service experienceDiploma in ITPrefers a local person, candidate who lives in Otaki, Tawa or Porirua.
