Technical Lead / Senior

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Define project technical and design vision and product roadmap.
Architect fundamental game systems, with an eye to reuse and optimisation
Mentor programmers to develop their technical skills and project delivery skills

Provide professional development for team members, including performance reviews, providing feedback and identify training needs

Establish good coding practices for all developers to follow

Identify and provide tools and other best practices to aid project delivery

At least 6 years industry experience
Published games built with Unity
Experience in leading a programmer team
Extensive experience in C# and Unity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A tertiary qualification (Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar) or equivalent industry experience
