About the Role
Over the past few years Vector has built up it's Software and Cloud development capabilities to the point that best practices are being followed through all layers of the application stack. Development through Agile/BDD, 100% automation of application delivery and infrastructure provisioning. Here’s an opportunity to join us and help lead our team on our journey of continuous improvement. You'll provide technical and career guidance to our software developers, help them grow and better collaborate to work towards even greater software solutions for Vector. You’ll enjoy driving business engagement, prioritisation, and focus to help deliver true business value.
Who are we looking for?
You’re a seasoned in Software Developer with full stack experience, Frontend (React), Backend (Java, Spring), Cloud (AWS). Bring with you the ability to build and foster collaborative relationships between Software Developers and Business Stakeholders.
