The Role:
Multiple full-time positions available
Evening shifts - between 11:30AM - 9PM
Operate 7 days a week between 7am and 12:30pm, with potential weekend work
Temporary contract (6 months) with a high chance of extension or permanence
Set shifts, ensuring predictable scheduling
Intake date: 19th May 2025
3 weeks of paid training

As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will:
Be the first point of contact, providing technical customer service over the phone
Troubleshoot technical issues with customers
Log incidents and manage support processes

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service or contact centres.
To succeed in this role, you MUST have:
Experience in a call centre environment (preferred)
Previous experience in a customer-focused role (essential)
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent system skills and a confident understanding of technology
Problem-solving skills
Clear criminal history and credit check
NZ residency or citizenship
