Human Connections Group has partnered exclusively with TracPlus Ltd for the appointment of a Technical Customer Service Representative based in Dunedin.
The Company:

The Role:

The role is about service, service and service! You will provide customers with outstanding support for the range of SaaS products that TracPlus offers. This first line helpdesk environment is based out of our Dunedin office.
In a nutshell, the role is to assist customers via phone and email, helping, supporting and troubleshooting as required with customers from around the world – speaking fluent Spanish to conduct technical discussions over the phone is highly desirable.

This role also includes administrative duties, you might be opening and maintaining customer accounts and records one minute and conducting stock inventory reconciliation the next!

The Person:

You are all about the customer – service is basically your middle name. You live and breathe making sure the customer is receiving the right information, in a timely and efficient manner. You thrive on being the solution to their problem and have the skills and ability to back up your excellent service levels with the required administrative duties.
You also have the insight to recognise when a customer needs a different solution, being able to communicate with them in a business to business manner, providing professional and sound advice and information to meet their needs.

You have been in a similar role for at least 12 months and have a personal passion for innovation and technology and what it allows people to do. You are comfortable learning new technology and systems and can confidently master bespoke software.

You are a stickler for detail, with notes kept from all your interactions with customers, be they verbal or written. You get things done when you say you will, and you deliver on your promises – each and every time.

Demonstrable Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
Ability and passion for learning new/bespoke technology and systems
Fluent Spanish speaker with the ability to conduct a technical discussion (desirable)
