Ability to describe and demonstrate product and service offerings, and implementation approaches to prospects, customer and partners
Effectively communicate complex problem, possible solutions, recommendations & preventative measures to ensure appropriate action by C-Level executives
Support strategic planning, decision-making and open communication with customers and partners, participating in and influencing steering committees or other senior level executives
Proven track record of leading large complex programmes of work
Have had experience in working with enterprise clients and environments
Be able to manage multiple projects and efficiently meet expectations
Able to mentor and assist the development of your colleagues.
Technically, your expertise will include some or all of the following:10 Years’ experience in the IT industry
5 Years’ experience designing, implementing and supporting large Windows or Linux Server environments
5 Years’ experience designing, implementing and supporting large VMware vSphere environments
5 Years’ experience designing, implementing and supporting large Datacentre Hosted EUC environments
5 Years’ experience designing, implementing and supporting large Grade Server and Storage hardware infrastructure
5 Years’ experience designing, implementing and supporting large Grade Network infrastructure
Microsoft Systems Centre Suite, M365, Azure and related Microsoft Cloud services
Cisco Networking and Security Suite
Fortinet Firewalls, Trend Micro Anti-Virus Suite
CommVault Skills (including Technology)
VMware Horizon/View
F5, Riverbed, PaloAlto - Appliances and Hardware
Linux/Unix Server, SQL Server Administration
MCSE, CCNP, VCP, CCP or higher (ongoing training and certification is on offer)
