As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll lead a cross functional agile team to determine system designs and change requirements. This is a role that will pull on your ability to collaborate with others to gather and define business requirements, user stories and prototypes to support quality assurance. This role provides rostered 24x7 on-call support for systems related issues within the team's responsibilities.Who are you?You will work closely with our wider Technology Services team using your experience in web applications, software analysis to produce solid functional design and operational artefacts that align with industry standards. Your work within a technical domain is vital to your contributions in defining, scoping, and phasing of project life with emphasis on business value.Your responsibilities will also include:Work closely with the wider teams to execute plans corresponding with the project scope.Contribute to the definition, scope, and phasing of projects.Work effectively within a cross-functional agile delivery team.Create and maintain key project documentation.Undertake knowledge sharing activities with staff, and proactively review and implement process and operation improvement initiative across the team's services.To succeed in this role, you'll need:Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent industry experience.5+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst.Experience with web-based applications, performing software analysis and design.Experience in quality assurance within a technical domain.Who are we?At TSB our people are at the heart of everything we do and we are committed to developing and encouraging our people to achieve their goals.We have launched our new employee Benefit Boost package for our TSB whanau.
