Skills and experience we are looking for: Minimum of 5 years in business analysis and project management. Proficient in enhancing and implementing IT systems and software solutions. Familiarity with ERP Solution, GIS, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and e-services. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to generate innovative ideas and a strong commitment to digital excellence. Demonstrated willingness to go beyond expectations in project delivery. Strong customer service focus.
