Tech Lead – Platform

Contract Tech Lead - Platform We are looking for a Contract Tech Lead - Platform to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Azure, Cloud, and have 6-15 years of experience in a similar role. The primary responsibility of this role are: Refreshing of the MS Azure cloud platform and the software engineering development environments. This role will provide tech leadership to a series of infrastructure projects Experience working with software engineers is important Some of the skills and experience we are looking for are: Maximising/optimising the use of Azure landing zones and Blob storage Implementing Kong to replace a legacy CA Gateway solution Moving from Rancher to MS Azure containers The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices. They will also have experience in working with large-scale systems and have a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams. Responsibilities: Lead a team of engineers in the development and maintenance of our Azure cloud platform Design, configuration and implementation of the overall Azure architecture of the enterprise platform Work with other teams to ensure that the Azure platform is integrated with other systems and services Monitor the performance of the platform and troubleshoot any issues Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 6+ years of experience with the design, build, and configuration of Azure components. Have demonstratable experience implementing and configuring Azure components to support enterprise application solutions, such as required in banking and high transaction solutions.
