About the Company

What will you do?

Being well-versed with Windows 10 builds and rollouts, you will lead the workstream from a technical perspective using modern management methods.
Working closely with the project manager and a workstream team, you will help design and lead the delivery of this Windows 10 outcome, being an strong advisor, and providing strategic technical direction as well as hands-on delivery.
The project manager expects that you will be able to plan and phase the delivery, driving scope and working closely with architects on technology deliverables.
For the right person, this is a challenge within a high-profile piece of work for the organisation.
A day in the life:
Solution development – lead this alongside the team.

Coordinate/lead the workstream team towards development and delivery outcomes.

Engage architecture and security teams to meet organisational standards and ensure the technology is fit-for-purpose.

Engage with key stakeholders and ensure understanding and approval of key design and implementation decisions

On the top of that, you will develop and implement modern ways of management, as per industry best practice.
Your background:
Ability to lead the technical outcomes for a project, guiding a high-performing team.

In depth knowledge of Windows 10 and modern management practices

Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to challenge other leaders where needed.
