We invite a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our South Island Distribution Centre, working in our Midshift team:Shift Hours: Afternoon shift | 1pm to 10pm, Monday to FridayYour ImpactWe seek someone with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail who:Holds a current Fork Hoist license and Reach Truck certification (3 years' experience preferred)Is familiar with Voice Picking (preferred)Is proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF TechnologyWe value a commitment to a Zero Harm safety culture and alignment with our core values: Take the Lead, Stand Together, and Keep it Real.

The role focuses on MHE tasks such as loading trucks, replenishing stock, unloading containers, picking full pallets from Satellite racking, and staging products for different carriers.
During off-peak times, assistance with column case picking for our Red Truck fleet may be required.You should have good communication skills, capable numerical and written skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
