The world's largest second-hand dealer is on the lookout for an outgoing, high impact, customer service extraordinaries to join our Tauranga store.

The role:

This is an exciting and diverse role that will see you liaising with people from all walks of life and encountering many interesting products that customers bring in to sell or take out a loan against. You will also get to develop your sales skills as well as learn the finance side of the business.

Your typical day would include:
Interacting with a diverse range of personalities
Providing outstanding customer service and encouraging repeat business
Negotiating with customers to create a win-win outcome
Researching items and making a considered judgment
Working towards and exceeding sales targets
Providing retail services to customers when required
Providing tailored financial services to our growing clientele

You will have:

Strong customer service and sales experience
The ability to use your initiative and think on your feet
The ability to relate to a diverse range of customers
Superb communication skills
The ability to relate to customers and create an outcome that generates repeat business

You will be completing 40.5 hours per week and must be available to work Monday to Saturday.
