Team Leader Recycled Plastic Material Grading And Formula Design

Oversee the blending of various grades of recycled processed plastic granules in masterbatches prior to reprocessing for final production.Coordinate with raw material reprocessing staff to ensure raw materials required are available when needed.Coordinate with production staff regarding their production requirements to ensure ongoing supply.Supervise and train staff in the safe handling of materials required for blending.Maintain the Material Blending Plant in good working order.Ensure the health and safety of staff while operating the Material Blend Plant.Keep accurate records of operations.Work rostered shifts when required.Ensure the quality of the product produced meets specific standards.Skills required:Minimum 4 years of plastic grades identification experience.Good knowledge of recycled plastic materials in manufacturing.Excellent communication, leadership, and supervision skills.Honest, reliable, with a strong work ethic.Good mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.Physically fit.Remuneration:Depending on skills and experience, $33.00 per hour.Applicants should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.Positions Available:1
