Responsible for supervising the day to day operations of a team of advisors, you will enjoy enabling them to meet sales and service targets, so the business grows, and productivity is enhanced.
Our team leaders use their analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the travel and tourism industry to plan for success, coach and mentor others according to individual needs and lead by example. To be successful you will be able to make sound commercial decisions whilst under pressure and continuously push for improvement and growth.

What are we looking for?
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Coaching/Leadership role
Strong Communicator and confident with having challenging conversations
Lead by setting a good example and being an epitome of a role model
Track record of developing successful team members
