As aTeam Leaderyou will provide leadership to the Customer Information Requests Team to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the team and maintain consistent standards and processes for all services provided. You will be responsible for helping to link the organisational strategy to action through planning process. Your role manages auditing, reporting, incident management and stakeholder collaboration to provide excellent service and support to the capability coach and assessor team. The team itself is responsible for responding to and researching customer requests in a timely and concise manner.
Who will you be?You will have proven leadership experience in administration or customer service with the ability to build and maintain a high-performance team. You will be an engaging communicator and a sound decisionmaker with a strong desire to provide our team members and customers with a quality experience. You will have negotiation and conflict management skills, with the ability to facilitate change. You will provide your team with oversight and advice on organisational performance and be able to offer guidance and solutions as needed.
Because this role is supporting a coach and team, it needs full visibility in the office which means it is a full-time, 40 hour per week position on a fixed term contract over 9 months.
