Contact Centre Team Leader
The client: Our client is a well-known organisation in New Zealand and prides themselves on having a comprehensive range of proven solutions available to assist with optimising sustainability and are constantly innovating to develop new solutions to meet their customers needs.
The Role: This is a hands-on role where you will be on the phones, ensuring workflow is managed accordingly, supervising a team of five Customer Service Representative and completing reports for the Branch Manager.
Some day to day duties include:
This is a great opportunity for someone who has been a senior CSR or a 2IC and is looking to step up!
The hours:
Monday - Friday starting between 7.30am - 9.30pm and finishing between 4.30pm - 5.30pm
