Key Responsibilities Provide expert clinical assessments and deliver outstanding nursing care.
Develop strong, trust-based relationships with patients and their whanau.
Use advanced nursing skills, including wound management, immunisations, triaging, and cervical screening.
Empower patients and their whanau with education and tailored care plans.
Ensure accurate, timely patient documentation and with a real attention to detail.
Embed Tikanga Maori principles in all aspects of care to ensure cultural responsiveness.
Demonstrate cultural competency and collaborate effectively with diverse communities.
Manage your team of Registered Nurses across 4 clinics in the Waikato region, covering leave and ensuring each clinic is running at a high level of efficiency Skills and Experience Current New Zealand Registered Nurse with an active APC.
Previous leadership or relevant experience in primary care or general practice is essential.
Certifications in immunisation and smear-taking is essential .
Team-oriented, proactive, and an approachable leadership style.
Calm and composed under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with colleagues, patients, and whanau.
Proven leadership experience in New Zealand healthcare, enabling effective task delegation and team management.
