About the roleAMP New Zealand has a rare opportunity to join with us expand our growing software development practice as we begin that journey.What you’ll need to succeed:You’ll be leading a cross functional team to build, customise and integrate new wealth management software solutions for our retail clients and customer services staff. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation making the financial planning and wellness experience easier and more pleasurable for our clients and helping drive growth in our direct sales channel. You’ll help us maximize the return on our existing technology investment in Salesforce and other systems. You’ll be leading the team and contributing from your software engineering expertise to their overall success.Reporting in to the Head of Development and Delivery, you will inspire, lead and motivate your team.
