Team Lead

Looking for a role that combines hands-on technical skills and leadership?
We’re now seeking people with a strong background within the EUC (End User Computing) environment to take up this leadership role across a team of 8-9 Engineers. This opportunity will see you involved not only in the short term support elements, but also in the long-term strategic to support the delivery of EUC including the technologies and processes impactful to productivity including on premise and where applicable, Cloud.
In this key position, you’ll be responsible for technologies including MS Windows SOE, MS Office, Mobile Devices, SCCM, Enterprise Video Conferencing; Responsible for the effective delivery and support of all EUC capabilities including PC provisioning, application packaging and ongoing maintenance, software distribution, Windows patching and end to end hardware life cycle management.
The core experience we’d be looking for includes:
Technical and strategic leadership as well as hands-on capability
Proven prior people leadership experience
Advanced troubleshooting and problem management
Strong skills working with and supporting Window based desktop operating systems, particularly Windows 7 & 10 (highly secure Enterprise environment)
Experience supporting Enterprise Video Conferencing Solutions particularly Zoom
Knowledge of supporting mobile technologies & systems/solutions (BlackBerry & Apple)
Experience working in a 24 x 7 operating environment
This role will offer the you chance to use your current skills and also enhance and learn new capabilities. Salary for this role will be in the region of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, dependent on experience.Please note, we can only accept applications from current NZ Citizens for this role.
