Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Team Assistant to join the Retail team in our Auckland CBD office. We are looking for a confident and proactive professional to provide administrative support to a busy team of highly experienced brokers.
This role is 25 hours per week for 2 months.
Your Responsibilities
Manage the administration of various leasing projects, client portfolios, and property campaigns
Manage the client database (CRM) and online listings
Prepare Lease Agreements and other property legal documentation
Prepare presentations for client pitches, submissions, and market overviews
Coordinate events and travel

Qualifications
2+ years administrative experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to cope under pressure
Team player
Proactive and flexible
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
