Here is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and focused administrator to join the Starship Community team.
Fixed term position (parental leave cover 1 year)

Starship Community is a multidisciplinary team of professionals that provide nursing, allied health, technical and cultural support to tamariki, young people and their whanau living within the Auckland DHB area. We are committed to deliveringwhanau-centeredcare that focuses on the health and wellbeing of children and their whanau. Getting to know our communities, working closely with them, removing inequities and barriers to health care for priority populations, are key drivers for us each day.
As a Team Administrator, you will provide effective and efficient administrative and organisational support to our busy multidisciplinary team. From scheduling appointments to managing organisation databases, you will demonstrate great flexibility and pro-activeness to undertake a range of secretarial and administrative duties.
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday ideally 7.00 am - 3.30 pm
If successful, you will be based at the Greenlane Clinical Centre but also have opportunities to work across Starship Hospital and within the wider community. If you are a team player with a strong customer focus, we would love to hear from you.

A proven administrative background, preferably within a healthcare setting
Expert computer skills and extensive knowledge using Microsoft Office packages
Strong organisational skills and plenty of initiative
The ability to learn fast and adapt easily to the changing environments
