With many stakeholders, you'll be a natural at anticipating the needs of busy managers and teams and staying ahead of the game.You'll build positive and productive relationships with a wide range of people and utilise your experience in a dynamic environment to juggle a myriad of activities - including:Providing administration support to managers e.g.
arranging multi-party meetings and associated catering, assisting with reporting tasks, booking essential travel and accommodation, helping with employee onboarding and off-boarding activities, etc.Assisting with financial management i.e.
purchases orders, invoicing, monthly accruals, collating and reporting on budget information.Supporting and collaborating with other administrative staff.Actively developing processes to improve workflows for the team and across Transpower.You'll be both highly organised and flexible as business needs require.Our sector is fascinating and essential to daily life in Aotearoa.

We offer excellent employee benefits, including insurances!What will you bringThis is a varied role that's essential to this future-focused team, so you'll be someone happy working in our Wellington office ideally five days a week (flexible start and finish times) and in a busy environment requiring a proactive, flexible approach day-to-day.Mature minded, you'll be known for your solution focus and positivity, and exceptional customer service and organisational skills.You'll love building and maintaining relationships, working through regular and as required office administration tasks, like health and safety inductions.You'll be tech savvy, as you'll ultimately become a super user of the office systems, including Microsoft 365, financial, and travel systems, to name just a few.To be successful, your CV and covering letter will demonstrate:Proven experience in an administration/coordination/office support role.Demonstrated experience supporting multiple managers and teams within a business.Competent in the use of office and financial systems e.g.
