Team Administrator - Leadership Support- Te Whetu Tawera (Full Time)
Working within the Acute Mental Health Unit based at the Auckland City Hospital, this role offers you an opportunity to be part of a proficient administration team of three.
Your sound working knowledge of office systems and administrative procedures will enable you to undertake a range of secretarial and administrative duties for the Te Whetu Tawera team such as arranging meetings, diary management, typing agendas, minutes, clinical notes and transferring correspondence into the HCC database, arranging travel, ordering and receiving stores, providing reception cover, answering phones, meeting and greeting visitors and directing them to the correct destination in a polite, friendly, calm and helpful manner, and much more.
You must have strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, very good interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills and be highly efficient. Your keen desire to learn, and work as part of a team, will ensure your success in this high pressured and rewardin environment. There will also be regular interaction with a wide range of mental health staff occupational groups so a talent for multi-tasking and the ability to take control and deal with situations as they arise is essential. Sound computer skills and a fast and accurate typing speed are expected. A full driver's licence is ideal.
Based at Auckland City Hospital site, this is a full time position working five days Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
