Reporting directly to the Northern Contracts Manager who is based in the area, you will be responsible for supporting and leading a team of roofers and projects in the Tauranga area. A large pipeline of work is currently underway and yet to start. On a daily basis you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Roofing Contracts as well as supporting the wider team to ensure we deliver in full and on time to a high standard. This will include but not limited to; staff management, maintaining margins and quality of work, procurement of materials, managing projects and process improvements to ensure we continue to lead the way for Roofing in the region.
