Organisational Development (Human Resources & Recruitment) The Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for facilitating Talent Development & Talent Management programs and the application of Learning Management System to drive a learning culture and great employee experience to build a high performance and engaged workforce to allow the organization to stay ahead of competitions within this dynamic media landscape. Scope of the role Support the Head of the Talent Management Team in the management and administering of the Learning Management System and processes to ensure accessibility of learning and development opportunities. Define requirements and deliverables, manage project plans, schedules and changes associated with new processes and programs. Develop, communicate and implement programs and processes, execute and measure effectiveness of talent programs. Administer Talent Development & Talent Management programs and systems in accordance to defined strategy and plan, participate in the creation and delivery of key outputs, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources. Serve as one of the key points of contact to the business stakeholders for Talent Development programs and technology, addressing questions and requests in a timely and professional manner. Engage internal stakeholders and external partners to design, development and deliver development programs. Support organization-level projects to build leadership and organization capability. Deliver HR driven programs such as New Hires Orientation and other HR Programmes1. Note: Talent Development Programs may include Organisation-Wide Mandatory Training, Leadership Development Program, New Hires Orientation, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Career Development, Career Pathing, and other strategic projects. Qualification 3 years of relevant experience in planning, designing, implementing and/or evaluating learning programs and initiatives. Bachelor degree in any discipline. Possess a positive attitude and demonstrates self-leadership, data-fluency, adaptability, and resilience especially under challenging circumstances. Strong understanding in Learning & Development concepts, frameworks and activities Experienced with Learning System/Platform Management (added advantage) Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong facilitaton and communication skills for standup delivery. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and activities to meet competing deadlines. Proactive in creating and searching for new and innovative approaches to activities that enhance performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
