We are looking for a leader of our people who can cultivate, care for, and drive an engaging team as Talent & Culture Manager. As a self-starter and multi-tasker, you communicate well at all times, anticipate and resolve issues, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Offering professional, engaging, and friendly service to create an outstanding employee experience while assisting and coaching colleagues with requests and inquiries.Overseeing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, team building, and creating a strong and healthy work culture.Maintaining confidential and organized processes necessary to comply with policies, reporting, standards, and regulations within the Hotels.Supporting the General Manager with projects relating to benefits, recruitment, worker's compensation, and employee engagement.QualificationsExperience in an HR leadership capacity within a hospitality environment – advantageous.Thorough understanding of New Zealand employment legislation.A passion to coach, mentor, develop, and inspire teams with a touch of luxury!Proven success in devising and executing talent strategies, covering sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies aligned with the hotel's values.Proficiency in implementing training programs and performance systems that elevate skills, foster career growth, and enhance employee engagement.Additional InformationLearn your Way - Access to our Accor Academy so you can Earn while you Learn!Work Your Way - Flexibility to ensure a work-life balance!Incredible Accor Heartist Benefits - including discounted Food & Beverage + Accommodation Worldwide.Accor's refer-a-friend bonus.Accor's Parental Leave Scheme.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.Applications close Monday 2nd December, 2024.
