So, who are you?
This is a newly created role. We will consider those with recruitment experience, or those without who are keen to get into the recruitment industry - if you don't have recruitment experience, experience in law would be great.
We are happy to train and develop people (we do have a full time Training Manager - that's how important training is!) - but you will definitely need exceptional soft skills. Amongst other things you will be:

We pay pretty well - we pay an uncapped commission as well as a decent base salary so you get the best of both worlds.
