Responsibilities include:Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for assigned managers, including job briefs, search strategy, sourcing, screening, recommending candidates, and offer management.Proactively identifying internal and external candidates to meet QBE's talent needs.Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates and stakeholders, contributing to a strong employee value proposition.Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract talented individuals from our communities.About YouYou'll bring an inquisitive mindset, focus on best-practice recruitment, and a deep understanding of your portfolio.
