We're on the lookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to bring their drive, expertise and energy to our team.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively identify, attract, and connect with qualified candidates across various blue-collar industries, ensuring adherence to all recruitment standards and legal requirements set by Immigration New Zealand.Candidate Relationship Management & Care: Build strong relationships with candidates, offering continuous support and guidance throughout the recruitment process while ensuring compliance with visa conditions, work rights verification, and other immigration policies.End-to-End Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising roles, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, reference checking, and assisting with onboarding in alignment with Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) requirements.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with NZ employment and immigration regulations, including accurate documentation of candidate work rights, visa status, and maintaining up-to-date records for audits and reporting.Placement Focus: Source and place candidates in entry- to mid-level blue-collar roles while providing accurate information regarding visa conditions and legal work rights, with opportunities to expand placements to higher-level roles as business needs evolve.Workforce Planning & Reporting: Collaborate with the team to prepare regular reports on candidate care, recruitment activity, and compliance, ensuring that all data is accurate and aligned with both internal policies and Immigration New Zealand requirements.Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with recruitment and compliance teams to maintain best practices, share insights, and ensure the highest standards in candidate management and immigration compliance.Key Requirements:Relevant Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue collar roles, or Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (or related field) with 3 years of recruitment experience.Proven Ability: Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and placing suitable candidates with high placement success rates.Engagement: Actively engage with candidates to understand their skills and career goals while building strong networks through industry connections and community groups.Compliance & Best Practices: Strong understanding of recruitment compliance standards, New Zealand employment law, and workplace policies, with a focus on visa/work rights verification and maintaining best practices.Results-Driven & Resilient: Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and business growth.Communication & Problem-Solving: Skilled in building rapport, influencing key stakeholders, and addressing challenges with effective solutions.High Standards & Professionalism: Committed to professional conduct and delivering excellence at every step of the recruitment process.What We're Offering:Career Growth Opportunities: Support for your professional development and career advancement.A Positive Team Culture: Join a group that values drive, collaboration, innovation, and having fun along the way.Great work facilities: Modern work facilities with opportunities for flexibility.Why Work With Us?
