Following the recent acquisition of a new client to our growing APAC portfolio, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a client focused and versatile Talent Acquisition Professional, with experience in technology recruitment, to join the PeopleScout team.
Our Client
Based in Auckland, this innovative technology consulting firm solves customer's challenges by providing world-class solutions using SAP, Cloud technologies and a host of niche applications. With global reach but local feel, today they're a growing business comprising a large team of over 200 multi-functional professionals spread across, New Zealand, Australia, and the USA.
The Role
Based on-site in South-East Auckland, and working within a close-knit team of recruitment consultants, you will be supported by a sourcing specialist to identify and engage with key technology talent across a wide range of ERP, Cloud & SAAS applications to support the ongoing development of one of NZ's most vibrant IT consulting firms.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Partner with a range of hiring managers to conduct detailed hiring briefs
Work with your sourcing team to identify and engage with key technology talent
Screen & shortlist relevant candidates for a range of technology roles
Produce detailed candidate profiles

What are we looking for?

Background in IT recruitment and / or the technology sector
Strong candidate management, engagement, assessment and selection capabilities
First class relationship management and communication skills
A driven team player
Super organised, motivated and a fast learner
