The role
We have an exciting new initial 12 month maximum term contract opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to work within the wider Human Resources team, where you will manage the recruitment for all lateral legal hires (permanent and temporary) including fee earners and non fee earners across the firm.
In short you will:
Source legal and business services talent across all business units of the firm;
Work closely with internal stakeholders on attraction and sourcing strategies with an ability to engage and influence;;
Build talent pools across all forms of social media and internal/ external networks;
Provide strategic sourcing advice and leadership for the recruitment and wider HR team;
Act as brand ambassador for the firm - representing the firm across all sourcing channels including social media, databases, conferences, referral programs, networking events and media;
Work with the wider team on a number of interesting and exciting global and national HR projects.
About you
We are seeking a talent acquisition professional who is currently either working in an agency environment in professional services, or in an inhouse recruitment function looking for a new challenge in one of the fastest growing law firms in the country!
We are seeking someone with a flexibility to respond to changing priorities from time with a can do attitude and a hands-on approach within an ever changing business environment. Candidates with legal/ professional services experience are encouraged to apply.
