Delivering superior service and technical solutions to our customer, ensuring that call and fault handling is managed to customer expectations and within SLAs.
On top of your passion for putting the customer first, you will need to have:
Customer service or resolver experience where you loved handling the tough stuff.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Demonstrable history of an excellent capability to quickly learn new processes.
Feel comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining these in simple terms to customers.
Excellent technical troubleshooting and resolution skills.
A positive "can-do" attitude.
A record of great teamwork.
Solid Interpersonal and technical skills.
Technical knowledge you will ideally have:
The following technologies would be preferred; Networking, Microsoft AD, Messaging, Citrix, Skype for Business and Windows environment (OS and Office products).
Technical knowledge of Networks.
2+ year experience in a customer service environment such as experience in IT service desk.
Relevant Tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential).
Relevant IT industry certification (preferred, but not essential).
Experience of call and fault management tools.

This is a role ideally suited to someone in a first-line service desk role ready for that next step-up, supporting our customer between the hours of 6.30 am and 11 pm, 7 days a week.
