Our client aspecialist palliative care provider based on the Hibiscus Coast, dedicated to supporting individuals and families through compassionate, high-quality care.As they approach the final stages of implementing a new Rostering to Payroll system, they are seeking an experiencedSystems Trainer to support this critical transition.This is a contract role begininng late May and running through until JulyAbout the RoleThe system is currently in its final testing phase, with full parallel runs scheduled before the end of May.
We are looking for a skilled contractor to:Develop clear, user-friendly training materials and quick reference guides covering:Setting up and using the rostering tool (for both line managers and rostered staff)Requesting leave and additional (non-rostered) hoursApproving leave and extra hoursReviewing leave balancesDeliver engaging training sessions (both in-person and virtually) to around 250 staff working across multiple locations and shifts, including night shiftsProvide post go-live support from 1 July 2025, acting as the main point of contact for retraining and system issue resolutionWho We're Looking ForExperience developing and delivering systems training for users with varying IT skill levelsCan create concise, user-friendly documentationCommunicates clearly and confidently in group and one-on-one settingsIs well-organised, adaptable, and proactiveKnowledge of rostering and payroll systems is preferredFamiliarity withUKG solutions (highly desirable)If you're a confident trainer with a passion for helping others succeed through change, and you're motivated to contribute to a meaningful healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you.Or, for further information about this job, please contact: Kerri Law Email: ****** On SocialShare on Facebook Tweet this Job Share on LinkedIn
