Working from our new, purpose built Civic Centre the successful applicant will provide technical advice in the development of ICT project planning as well as researching, reviewing, developing and testing ICT Systems to meet the needs of the business while also providing general systems analyst support as required. A good understanding of Data Analysis and Process Design Techniques Experience in Application Design and Development Sound business acumen and an appreciation of business processes Ability to communicate complex technical information to business users in a simple, easily understood way. Ability to develop strong working relationships across the business that aid effective collaboration.
