Systems Administrator Technical Specialist H2R Technology is currently on the lookout for a Technical Specialist to join a small team with a large pipeline of operational tasks to deliver This is varied role that will provide exposure technologies used in most commercial environments We re looking for someone with the following experience Prior experience dealing with enduser support of technology Exposure to O365 Exchange SharePoint Azure VOIP Networking PC Build Deployment Helpdesk experience all good Configuration and support of cloud VOIP Remote support of Windows Android and Apple devices Hardware replacement and repair Basic networking Aruba Wifi Advantageous not essential End user training and education Personal Specification Totally committed to customer service Ability to tailor your communication between technical and non technical audiences Good phone manner significant amount of remote support provided over the phone Excellent writing skills Able to help create user manuals and reference guides A can do attitude and a willingness to be flexible in terms of providing solutions Tolerant of a fastpaced dynamic environment Flexible delivery approach not someone who takes a customer centred view rather than a stickler for process Someone who shares within the team communicates well and can work in a changemanaged environment A fast learner the right personality attitude and the ability to learn is more important than a raft of Microsoft certifications If this is something that you re keen to progress with can you please send your cover letter and CV through to Sherena Dullabh h2r co nz or contact me on 04 4999 527 quoting reference number 25698
