What you will be doing
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within our team to contributeto the transformational change program that the Finance team are undertaking.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager – Financial Reporting andProcess improvement you will work closely with both the Finance &operational teams with a focus on maintaining and driving our automated systemsand ensuring there are minimum manual data entries.
Key responsibility areas of the roleinclude;
Relationship manager and key contact with the software developers ofautomated systems
Maintaining, improving and driving our two automated systems; ApprovalPlus and Xtracta including all the underlying integrations
Driving continuous improvement in AR, AP, Credit Cards, PO and staffreimbursement functions
Subject matter expert in AP and Bank Reconciliations
Responsible for migrating several teams to Business Online Banking
Assisting finance team to migrate to the new ERP system; NetSuite
Assisting finance team to migrate to Office 365
Maintaining several finance databases
What you will bring
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with accountingdegree, keen to become a Chartered Accountant who has advanced computer skills,a technophile who is interested in working in a large complex fast movingcommercial environment. You need to have advanced Microsoft Office skills, knowyour way around different software and have a good understanding on howtechnology is changing the accounting environment.
We are seeking someone that likes to challenge & investigateinformation to make better informed business decisions. Someone who isinterested in the 'bigger picture' & how to improve controls whileunderstanding how information & decisions can affect stakeholders acrossthe business is very beneficial.
Previous experience with Approval Plus, Xtracta and NetSuite areadvantages but not necessary.
